To delete a sync folder, first click the folder that you'd like to delete in the left sidebar. Then click the gear icon in the header of the main window. Click "Remove folder connection" to delete the folder.

Please note that once deleted, you will no longer be able to restore that folder or included files from the cloud. Any files that are on your computer will NOT be deleted.
